I WAS CITED FOR A DUI BUT WHEN IT CAME TO THE COURT DATE MY CITATION WASNT FILED WHATS NEXT?

I was arrested n cited with a dui i presented myself in court my name wasnt on tha list i went into the clerks office and she commented that my citation was never filed. Whats the standing on my drivers license and what can i do?
