Samsung Fascinate can't text, use online apps, call, but can receive calls?

I can get calls from people and answer, get texts, but when I try to use facebook or twitter it can't load any content, and when I try texting someone, it say unable to deliver. I have bars, but it still says no signal, even though I can get calls. Wtf is wrong?
