What parts of a traffic stop are public information? (Texas)?

I was stopped about 3 weeks ago and issued a citation. I pleaded not guilty (I am not!) and my pretrial conference is next month. I want to read the police report of the incident and view the surveillance video of my traffic stop. Am I allowed to do this?
