What the hell is wrong with my ipod touch?

my ipod touch run out of battery and turned off. I turned it back on to listen to music and wtf? No music? Al my music are gone. Can someone please tell me whats happened to it? And the worst thing is my pcs efd up and dont turn on and now i cant listen to music. PLEASE HELP!
