Will I be forced to pay fines, or be arrested?

I was issued a citation for underage drinking in PA. When I wasn't drunk, nor was I given a breathalyzer test. Anyways. I didn't go to court, because I live in Vermont, and it was too far to drive to PA for court. So i checked not guilty, and I didn't show up for my court case. I was sent a request for 200 dollars and they said if I don't pay this I will have a warrant sent out for my arrest. I was just wondering if I will have a warrant out for my arrest in any other state other than PA. I will never ever go to PA again in my life, so if it is just in PA, this case technically cannot have repercussions for me unless I get in trouble again in PA. Right?
