Why is my sister such a b*tch to me?

Im 13 and shes about to turn 15. she always telling my mom to take my texting away . WTF? i dont even bother her or anything. i swear. she bosses me around all the time. i told her how i feel many times. she knows im mad. everytime i ask my mom if i can hang with friends, my sis always tells my mom to not let me. I dont get in her personal stuff!! What the hell is her problem?!
