okay so this kid and i have really been talking over the past few days. i mean like we`ve been on video chat with other people and stuff, and then like a week later he started talking to mee on chat. and we probs talked for about an hour. then, a couple days ago he chatted me again and we talked for like 2 hours. haha and we like fell asleep on eachother, and the next day he chatted me again like apoligizing for falling asleep, i thought it was cutee haha. then i think that night or the night after he chatted me againnn :) andd yeahh btw the day after we talked for 2 hours his status was talking about a girl who makes him smile. (no one really knows we talk cause we never met, and i dont go to his school) and someone commented saying who?! and he said you dont know her... and the girl that said that goes to his school so he would tell her that she goes to our school or something like that instead of you dont know herrr. butt then today his status was about him saying that he realized how much he misses her. which most likely isnt me. so idk like it seemed like he was talking about me in the first status, but now i think hes talking about a whole different girll! i have no idea cause once i developed feelings for the kid, he has to say that he misses this other girl in his status. like wtf?!?! okay soo yeahh tell me whats going on herreee! I walk walking from my on campus apartment (UC Irvine) carrying a bottle of alcohol to another destination. I turn the corner and two campus policemen stop me and write me up for Minor in Possession. If it clarifies anything, the top of the citation states that it is from my schools police department. They gave me a court date to appear at as well. All the consequences I have been reading were issued by county policemen and I was wondering if the penalties were any different if they were issued by campus policemen.

I am considering starting a brackish aquarium. What plants and fish can I include?

My husband and I have several aquariums, but they are really just beginner tanks. I have a thriving semi-aggressive community in a 40 gallon, a betta in a 5 gallon, a tropical community in a 55, a molly/guppy nursery in a 10, and one single little green spotted puffer in a ten. He is small right now, only an inch, but I know he is going to get much larger. My husband and I purchased him quite by accident. He was labeled as a freshwater puffer, and the salesperson said he would be fine in our large community tank. After about fifteen minutes of watching him chase mollies and neons around, we decided to isolate him in a ten gallon, and do some research. As it turns out, we'd purchased a brackish fish that will require a really large tank as an adult. I do not relish the idea of buying a 30+ gallon tank for ONE fish. What fish species would be good tankmates, and what kinds of plants would you recommend? Also, what is a good resource for planning a tank like this? Thanks!

I hate those people. What do they really know? They are in these vehicles that are meant to withstand things. They put themselves in it. And then they act like they know everything. Do they ever give a thought to the people that are just living their lives and don't have an iron clad humvee to sit in? I don't care what they say. What does this poem say ?

The speaker starts off being confused with him/herself. They're looking for a way out but at the same time close off all options. They realize they truly want to get out and leave the dungeon they put themselves into in the second stanza. In the third they rethink their desires and realize that it would be easier to just stay miserable in their prison. NO. Another urge to get out, leave their life behind for a while. Find somewhere else to get out of their own life. The speaker is just stressed but I don't think the poem says enough to necessarily call it depression. It is good though, and I hope the speaker's time off fixed things up.

Basically, my best friend (who happens to be female..don't judge :P) has this friend who a while back apparently liked me. Me and this girl have had a little bit of history, once got together but decided to remain friends in the end and such...anyway, me and a few others went camping the other week, her included, and me and this girl ended up sharing a tent. she kinda fell asleep in my arms and we held hands for a bit, but nothing else really happened. I feel like I am grouped in the other school's category... but I used to be in your shoes. I say free play all day. School is for teaching, home is for playing. Children spend so much time & so many years in a school environment, their home environment should be just the opposite. I wouldn't have him sitting at a table/desk doing work. It would just be all fun in play. Of course you can mention colors & numbers, etc with play, but I would not teach as a teacher per say.

After he has been pardoned those type who relish in causing others pain continue to spread these lies, even after the record has been EXPUNGED (if pressed to 'prove' what they say they refer to the news article). Is this slander? What if evidence is found that the man is innocent, but the court doesn't think it serious enough to grant an appeal, so the lies persist? What if proof arises that the defendant was innocent, but it's still not 'serious enough'? Does this proof render what was previously consider fact, slander?

"No License Ticket" in California?

So I decided to spend a few days with my parents here in Cali to celebrate my moms bday. I am currently living in WA. I got pulled over by a CHP officer and handed over my WA DL license and the guy told me it wasnt valid in CA due to other citations I had in that state in my past visits (which I paid). My ac unit works properly when the thermostat is set to cool - but when my thermostat is set to heat, and I turn it to heat in the winter, my furnace kicks in (correctly), shortly afterward my furnace fan kicks in (correctly) as does the fan in my ac unit outside (wtf?). I do not have a heat pump and activity should be controlled by the thermostat vice turning off the breaker (as low voltage still kicks in and the ac unit buzzes all winter when the furnace fan is engaged). please help. I got pulled over by a sheriff a little after midnight. He was from a different city than the one we were in. Help! I am so confused with the Robotech storyline?

I finally watched the original 85 episodes of Robotech and he Shadow Chronicles movie, but I am more confused than ever with it's twisted storyline. First off, Protoculture started out as technology from an alien race in the Macross Saga, then it became a catalyst for the mutation of the "Flower of Life" in The Masters/ Second Cross. Then protoculture becomes an energy source in New Generation?WTF?!!! Then there's the issue with the disappearing Zendreadi in "The Masters" saga. Somehow Dana is around, but there is no other Zendreadi? Then in New Generation, there is no mention of Dana, Zor, or Musica when supposedly they were the reason for the end of the second Robotech war. Then the ending of New Generation confused me because in Shadow Chronicles Scott and Aria are together, while in New Generation, he leaves her. Not to mention all the time differences between when Scott leaves Earth. Now I know that Robotech was three completely different animes fused together and given a large storyline for syndication purposes, but the storyline confuses the heck out of me. Is there anyone who understands these holes?

I recently come to know that sugar intake is so bad that it may even increase cholesterol and triglyceride levels along with a large number of other problems. I accept these since these are based on scientific studies. However I also doubt, if I am asked to stop taking sugar in tea for example, what will my feeling be? When I feel a bit tired after long hours of work, I love to take tea or coffee. The problem is now a days we are always reminded that most of the items we take can have a bad effect. I had to go to court today for a public intoxication charge. It got dropped down to a ordinence violation. I didn't even see a judge over it, the prosecuter offered it before court even started. I was wondering since this won't show up in my criminal history if it will be traceable by my probation officer in the other county. The prosecuter told me the citation would stay in there files, and the sherrifs office told me that the arrest wouldn't show in my criminal record since it was a ordinence violation. It's absolutely fine-everybody's body is different right? Different bodies need different calorie intakes, no matter their height and weight. when people tell you you need a certain number of calories for your height and weight, you should be AROUND that intake, but if you feel fine with less or more, it's fine simply because ur body doesnt need the same foods and such as any other person. You don't have the exact same body as anyone else.

My 5 month old baby is taking less formula milk after starting on solids?

I started introducing a bit of solid to my baby since he completes 4� months, he really likes it. Now he's five months and still taking one solid feed a day followed by formula milk (stopped breastfeeding as my milk has stopped coming out). But now for the last three days, he relishes on the solid food but takes only a bit of formula milk. He usually takes formula milk around 5-5 ounces every feed (5 times a day) but now he hardly takes in not more than 2-3 ounces. Is it because of the solid food intake?

that will be healthy for a while, it isnt uncommon for really overweight people to loose weight fast when they really buckle down and cutting your calorie intake is a really good approach but you could possibly have to change up your diet and exercise levels as you loose more weight. its only gonna get harder so keep it up GOOD LUCK :)

I seem to be filled with a sense of longing and am just overwhelmed by daily living?

Hi friends, I'm a Christian and I love God so much and spending time with Him. I also have a passion for horses, and love working with them and spending time with them too. But there's a point when I go back to daily living(I work about 15 to 20 hours a week, I am budgeting an apartment on my own with the other extra house expenses, try spending time with unsaved family members and witness to them, I work with unsaved people at work and try to witness) it all leaves me drained and completely restless. I somewhat feel distanced from God, I feel strong withdrawal and yearning to be with Him and be with the horses(God uses horses to quiet me and draw me closer to Him by the way along with my Bible) and I get excitable or just such a sense of disquieting within my soul around people whom I can feel negative vibes out of. I wonder sometimes if it's just me or if my sweet Savior is trying to tell me something that I'm missing. I just wrestle with demons about everyday. I don't have a horse of my own that I can just go to everyday and sit down and open up my Bible and just relish in Jesus' sweet sweet presence. I meditate in my apartment but then of course I have to get up later and make something to eat, do other stuff in my apartment and go to work. I long for just peace and stillness with Him( Psalm 46:10) and I really want a horse of my own too someday. I don't really know what else to do except keep hanging on to Him and get through the wounds of the day. And I don't really have the money to even take riding or driving lessons with horses. If you can tell me otherwise what a good option that can lead to positive change and routine in my spiritual life might be I'd appreciate it, thanks.

I was issued a citation for underage drinking in PA. When I wasn't drunk, nor was I given a breathalyzer test. Anyways. I didn't go to court, because I live in Vermont, and it was too far to drive to PA for court. So i checked not guilty, and I didn't show up for my court case. I was sent a request for 200 dollars and they said if I don't pay this I will have a warrant sent out for my arrest. What is the copyright law concerning Hard copy to digital copies?

Hello, i've bought several hard copies of the NIV bible translation (which is copyrighted). I was wondering what the U.S Copyright law has to say about me getting the digital copy. I can pay for it ($40) but i would perfer not to considering I have copies of it already. I'd like some copyright citations to support your answers please or I won't have a definite answered question! Thank you guys and hope to get a answer!!

me and my friends and some other people were in a partybus and people that i didnt know brought alcohol, the cops stoped us and gave us all a citation, we were all 17and 18....i didnt drink at all and i asked for them to give me an alcohol test so they can see i didnt drink and they didnt want too.... also i dont have anything on my record this is the first time i get a ticket of any sort... but i was trying to see if thats going to stay on my record because some of my friends were saying that if it stays on your record and if you want to persue pre-med they dont give you your license? and i just got my license for how long would they suspend it ?

Why is the web trending so much about the Jackass star Ryan Dunn dying in a car crash? The guy was driving?

over 140 mph in a Porsche and had a blood alcohol level of .20, almost 3 times the legal limit. Plus, he's had numerous vehicle citations before and previous drunk driving convictions. Also, it's not like this guy was Tom Hanks or Robert De Niro, he wasn't an actor, he was an amateur stuntman, and a JACKASS. It's a shame how in our society today, we celebrate anti-social and reckless behavior. This Ryan Dunn guy always had a beer in his hands, as well as many of the other Jackass guys. It was just a matter of time before this happened. I'm not shocked at all by it, and I don't feel sorry for someone who has repeatedly broken the law, and then continues to do it. What do you think?

Yes to the first one since you went to court for a crime, no to the second because you weren't charged with a crime that involved school. With the second one, they're looking for cheaters, kids who got caught plagiarizing really. With the first, it's any crime. Since you were charged for a crime and to court, I'd check yes to the first.

Republicans, why won't you give Clinton Credit for having a successful economy?

I really can't stand how bitter Republicans are about Democrats actually doing positive things that are noteworthy. Clinton was one of the best presidents to Date if you look at his accomplishments on Paper. First of all you say his economy was due to the .COM BOOM. Without his VP Al Gore, who fought for the internet to become legal and everywhere, there would have been no .COM BOOM. Gore Belongs to the Democrats. Why Can't you guys actually pass him a compliment? He created 22 Million New jobs on his watch. Things went well.... But it's not just Clinton you have trouble giving credit to. Republicans don't even want to Credit Obama for taking Osama Bin Laden out. They say " Oh well that was the Navy seals not Obama" Where was that military only credit when Bush found Saddam Hussein? Not one of you were saying Well Bush deserves no Credit. You're party relished in this for years after that event. Democrats never refuted any credit going to Bush for Saddam. Why are you like this?

Ohkay so I restrated my dumb phone cause it was being a ***** and it needed to chill after its back up and running everything seems to be in place but in the corner at the end there's this new useless **** I've never seen before that's red when u know something has a msg so I click it and it saids download bbm before downloading have ur list be backed up and I'm just sitting here like wtf is going on I already have bbm so I look in my app world its still there but it won't let me go in it!!!!! so what do I do???? cause everyone keeps telling me to re install it but I don't think my list was backed up cuz I never did it unless it does it automatically I really don't want to lose all my contacts I had a lot of ppl!!!! ;( and I have no energy to get them all back!!!is there a way I can get my bbm can I login to the computer or something?? Substitute for gherkin pickles?

I love to use pickles in salads (especially pasta salads) - but pickles are kind of expensive where I live - and we dont have those tiny little gherkins (to pickle at home) - we have cucumbers and american gherkins ( the large ones) - what can I make at home (Pickle/relish) - that I can use for salads (using american gherkins or even any other veg?...I guess I'll have to chop it or slice...
